GIS modeling is a presentation of reality in digital form, through abstraction models. As an example in the area of GIS modeling, the old town of Dubrovnik is selected, which is represented through models shown in GIS, from the observed reality, to the production database. Through modeling, and noted the importance of geographic data modeling, as well as the role of geographers in the observation and analysis of space. Based on the observation area, were selected and geographical data, which are then modeling stored in digital form, and the geodatabase, which is creating a brand or functional and ready for analysis. Through a simple spatial analysis, there are certain laws of the conclusions of the observed area. Thus, the observed and analyzed the socio-economic processes within the old town of Dubrovnik, through GIS tools.
