The cave research of microclimate parameters contributes to a better understanding and study of physical and chemical processes within climatological, geoecological and biological research. This thesis studies the microclimate of the entrances and surrounding areas of the caves around Lomska duliba and Rožanski kukovi. The main research was focused on the upper parts of the Ice pit in Lomska duliba (Ledena jama u Lomskoj dulibi) (-50 m), where the dynamics of accumulation of snow and ice was significant in the last 20 years. For a better interpretation, in the period from September 22th 2012 to September 29th 2013 additional measurements were performed in the area of Lomska duliba and from Patuljak cave to the entrance chamber of Sirena pit in the Rožanski kukovi area. Additional data from meteorological station Zavižan were also used. Air temperature and relative humidity were measured on every location, whereas air pressure, air flow, rock temperature and the concentration of carbon dioxide were measured on selected locations only. Multiple expeditions were carried out in September of 2012 and 2013 for the purpose of setting up memory thermohygrographs and collecting data. Additional data was collected during the speleological expedition „Sirena“ on Rožanski kukovi area in July and August of 2013.
