The aim of this study was to determine main morphological characters of genus Eudiaptomus species distributed in Croatia. Specimens used in the investigation were collected during last 20 years, kept in the Department of Zoology, Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb, dissected and mounted as permanent slides. Specimens of each species were analyzed under the microscope and drown. The drawings were used to make a determination key. On the basis of the recording data a distribution map of each species was made. Most species where reported in the Mediterranean macroregion, followed by North and Central Littoral mesoregions. The most common species in Croatian fauna are E. gracilis i E. vulgaris.
