Abstract

In this diploma thesis we studied the numerical Runge-Kutta fourth order method which was applied to solve the problem of initial and the boundary condition problems that occur in physics. In a later stage of the research we applied the method to solve concrete physical problems such as fluctuations of mathematical pendulum and solving the Schroedinger equation for the infinitely deep potential well.
