Imazalil, Cypermethrine and Charbendazime can be detected in alimetaries in Republic of Croatia. The aim of this research was to explore interactive hematotoxic effect of these pesticides and their combinations on hematologycal determinants of Swiss mice in vivo. The design of the experiment was consistent with written standard OECD 407. The animals were distributed into groups (6-7 animals/group). Each group was exposed to the NOAEL doses of the each individual pesticide and their combinations: Imazalil+Cypermethrine, Cipermethrine+Charbendazime, Charbendazime+Imazalil (NOAEL, 1:1). Pesticides were applied orally during 28 days on a daily basis, after that periode the following hematological parameters were determined: the red blood cell count RBC, HCT hematocrit, hemoglobin HB, MCV, PCV, MCHC, RDW, platelet count PLT, MPV, MCH and white blood cell count WBC. Paramters changes were observed in males, whereas females generally had no significant changes of masured parameters in comparison to the corresponding control. Imazalil and combinations of Imazalil+Charbendazime did not cause statistically significant changes. Cypermethrine cause polycitemia in males. Charbendazime and combinations Imazalil+Cypermethrine and Cypermethrine+Carbendazime cause anemia in males.
