The goal of this study was to research the rates of misconceptions from biology that appears at county's competition of biology in elementary school 2009. After implementation of the school competition, county's committee was on the base of all scale sequence and checking the school tests, made a list of students who approach to county's competition. For the analysis of abilities to take part in the State competition from biology classify 200 students of seven grade and 205 students of eight grade. The analysis of the tests included: estimating quality of question that was calculated based on basic valuation of questions at scale of relevance and statistical analysis of test („item analysis“) that was achieve for the purpose of affirming the characteristics of the questions. Both of the tests (seven and eight grade) were describe as good according to the question quality therewith test of seven grade was some easier, while test of eight grade was difficult and most of the questions should be refresh and expel because they don't distinguish the best of the worst students. If we look on the percent of misconceptions in each questions we can say that they are plenty represented specially in the next teaching plan: cell and cell division, inheritance, gender diseases, invertebrates, microorganisms, nervous system. These are the results of the 10% of the best students from each county, it means the best results nationwide and because that we can't judge with absolutely safety according too parameters, especially at discriminative analysis.
