Abstract

There are a lot of factors which directly affect the quality of health and general human well-being. Some of them (sex, age, certain genetic features and family predisposition to certain disease ) can't be affected by people. However, there are factors which affect a lot of people's health and which cannot be affected, but the possibility of their control it's a lot more complexed, and it's socially and economically determinated. This group includes environmental factors such as water, air, food, housing and all kind of biological, chemical, physical agent exposure, due to natural or human activity. Those kind of agent are DES, PCB and all sorts of teratogenic, syntetich compounds that contribute entire spectrum of adverse effects on human reproductive system. They cause higher rates of infertility, have a big impact on reproductional hormones, that can lead to reduced number of sperm and egg cells, causing impotence, endometriosis, reproductive tract malformations, and other difficulties related to the human reproductive system. In Europe there are two important documents, "Environment for Europe" and "Health and Environment", which main goal is to raise awareness of the public, about the importance of the environment on human health, to provide a healthier and safer environment.
