Abstract

The EU enlargement policy in the southeastern European countries is continuation of policy of enlargement for all Europe. Aim is association all European countries in one big supranational union. The southeastern countries till now has hardest path to Europian union and this is reflection of many regulation acts and instruments of requirements. This is conseqeunce of more rigid policy of EU and (non)credit of individual countries and region. In addition, European union uses universal individual acts and regultions which every candidate or potencional candidate must accomplish. Interpretation of formal documents and agreements, author want to band current and history contex as well as future prediction of enlargement.
