Testate amoeba research was done on acidophilic bog Đon močvar on five stations. Samples were made of bog soil and peat moss (Sphagnum spp.). Totally 50 taxa of testate amoebae was recorded comprising genera: Arcella, Centropyxis, Cyclopyxis, Trigonopyxis, Quadrulella, Nebela, Paraquadrula, Plagiopyxis, Difflugia, Cryptodifflugia, Heleopera, Cyphoderia, Assulina, Euglypha, Sphenoderia, Tracheleuglypha, Trachelocorythion, Corythion, Trinema, and Archerella.. Detail morphological analysis of 260 tests of Trinema lineare and 35 tests of Trinema enchelys showed a great morphological variability of all measured parameters. Minimal values of tests width and pseudostome width and height in T. lineare, and also minimal height of pseudostome in T. enchelys were out of the range of literature values for these species. Results of pseudostome angle measurements for these two species were presented for the first time. Species T. enchelys showed much bigger variability of pseudostom angle, than species T. lineare.
