Abstract

The thesis analyzes the representation of geomorphological contents in the teaching practice in elementary schools and grammar schools. The teaching plan and program for elementary school, Test catalogue for state graduations in geography, authorised geography textbooks for elementary school and for the first grade of grammar school of the year 2014./2015. have been analysed for the sole purpose of the research along with the immediate observation which has been conducted in three training schools. The analysis of the immediate observation is based on the collected informations which have been gained from the previously designed pattern of immediate observation. Based on the given results, the representation of geomorphological contents in these programming documents has been established along with the representation and the ways of showing geomorphological contents in geography textbooks. The ways of learning and teaching geomorphological contents in elementary schools and grammar schools are identified from obtained results of immediate observation.
