The determination of the present-day rate of sea level change is important for a variety of scientific and socioeconomic reasons. To be able to predict following changes, it is important to utilize either direct, or indirect methods to succesfully reconstruct the sea level rise. Croatia has been considered as a neotectonic active area, thus making only the curve of relative sea level change possible to reconstruct, mostly by using indirect methods. Regarding this paper, the survey was carried out by measuring tidal notches – one of the best relative sea level change indicators. The results of the survey (which took place along the Lun peninsula on the island of Pag) are essentially in accordance with the results from previous research. The studied tidal notches were developed during the period of stability ~2000 years ago, since which the sea level rose for 50±10 cm.
