Abstract

Kashmir conflict is one of the best known conflicts in the world. History of Kashmir consisted in changing rulers and numerous conflicts and wars between Muslim and Hindu population that occurred after the division of the British royal estate of India, which have occurred due to the political conditions at that time, and aspirations of Pakistan to annex this area justifying it with Muslim majority in this area, and opposition of India, which sent its army to this area after the British ruler of the princely state of Jammu and Kashmir, a Hindu, chose the Indian side in the conflict. The causes of the conflict must be sought in historical circumstances and different attitudes of India and Pakistan, and additional amplifiers in ethnic and religious differences and famous intolerance between Muslims and Hindus. Guidelines for the solution to the conflict are radical political - territorial changes and measures such as strengthening trade between India and Pakistan, strengthening the economy of Kashmir, and cooperation between the parliaments or informal talks.
