After indentifying and estimating the direct and migration loss, so as the natality loss, there have been determinated and estimated their impact on the distribution density change of the number inhabitants age-sex structure and structure by nationality in the Eastern Croatia. The effect of inherited destabilizing factors on the demographical development of the Eastern Croatia has been notably increased through demographical losses and consequences of the Serbian aggression. In line with a series indicator, it is more than apparent that demographical war losses can be highlighted as the most important of modern population development in the Eastern Croatia. About ten thousands killed, missing and a refugee has essentially disbalanced demographical processes in that part of Croatia.
